We are currently seeking a Resourcing Specialist for a fixed term position based in the Gunnedah region. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast paced and dynamic industry. Working with a team of experienced professionals, this role will enable you to further develop your skills whilst assisting with bulk and targeted recruitment campaigns for a wide variety of positions.
About your new role:
- Providing administrative support to the HR team
- Drafting job advertisements and posting online ads
- Screening, interviewing and reference checking of candidates
- Managing medical bookings
- Arranging inductions and accommodation when required
- Developing targeted recruitment campaigns
- Establishing strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates
- Promoting the company as an employer of choice in the community
- Experience in either recruitment or a rigorous administrative position
- Sound understanding of OH&S requirements
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Confident, friendly phone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strict adherence to confidentiality as required
- Ability to self-motivate, plan and prioritise tasks
- Be able to take direction from others and be a team player
