    Tasks include liaising with members, understanding their situation, interpreting and applying legislation, policies, and procedures to deliver the right outcomes for all parties.

    As a detail orientated candidate, you will display excellent time management skills to achieve positive and timely outcomes.

    Specific duties include:

    • Providing ongoing support, education and guidance to members and stakeholders inside and outside of the organisation
    • Assisting members in understanding and meeting compliance obligations
    • Engaging with members via phone and email

    Skills required include:

    • Excellent communication and general administrative skills
    • Excellent critical thinking, numeracy and literacy skills
    • Experience utilizing a membership administration system and related supporting systems
    • Proven ability to successfully meet KPIs within an operational environment to defined quality standards
    • Demonstratable initiative, resilience and an appropriate sense of urgency to resolve matters in a timely and effective manner
    • Strong investigative, analytical and influencing skills
