  We are currently seeking experienced Aged Care Registered Nurses to work in some of the finest award winning Aged Care Facilities in the Illawarra region.

  As an agency nurse, you will be given a range of shifts to suit your lifestyle. You will need to have a minimum of 6 months experience working as a Registered Nurse, preferably in aged care.

  Responsibilities will include;

  • Co-ordinating of clinical and health care needs for all patients
  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of clinical documentation
  • Provide direction, support and supervision to all care staff
  • Oversee Medication Management Policies.

  To be a part of the H1 Healthcare team, you will require the following;

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience working as an RN in Australia.
  • Current police check or a willingness to obtain.
  • Two recent clinical referees.
  • Australian working rights.
