Our client, a leading heavy industrial provider are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join their team at either the CBD region or South West Sydney offices. This role is responsible for the identification of talent in the mining, construction and industrial markets to partner with internal stakeholders and step them through the recruitment process.
The role will be responsible for, but not limited to managing the recruitment lifecycle; attracting, screening and appointing suitable candidates. Your ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders is critical to your success. You will possess influencing skills, great communications skills in order to guide internal stakeholders to appoint the right person at the right time. Talent management is the core of your existence. Proven experience in mapping skills sets nationally is required.
