    We currently have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our industrial maintenance division in Keilor Park.

    To be successful and hit the ground running, ideally you will have a background in phone screening, interviewing, shortlisting and reference checking candidates within the Blue-Collar sector.

    You will be a fast moving, engaging individual with a passion for resourcing. You will have excellent verbal and interpersonal skills and have the ablity to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Programmed Industrial Maintenance provides contract maintenance, shutdown and project services to light and heavy industry, delivering cost and productivity benefits to our customers.

    Due to the location, having your own vehicle would be advantageous.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Sourcing candidate utilising a range of technologies and tools
    • Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
    • Advertising and promoting roles
    • Working in a fast-moving deadline environment
    • Candidate Management
    • Coordinating pre-employment checks
    • Adhoc recruitment administration
    • Team updates
    • Database management
    • Ensuring compliance is adhered to

    To be successful in the role, you will need to prove the following:

    • Experience working as a Resourcer in an agency, or a strong Recruitment Coordination background
    • Exposure to blue collar recruitment and/or labour hire industry
    • High Volume Recruitment experience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Outgoing, positive and confident personality
    • High attention to detail
    • Excellent relationship building skills
