Recruitment Consultant - Professional Services

Due to continued growth within our team, we are currently seeking an experienced Professional Services Consultant with a background in recruiting professional and corporate services permanent positions across a varied and extensive client base including Corporate, Industrial and generalist office support.

  
  The Role

  
  This role is an exciting opportunity that forms an integral part of our growth plans within our Perth business. Working on a desk and within a supportive and collaborative team, you will be focused on developing both new and existing accounts as well as sourcing for all white-collar professional roles.

  
  Reporting to the Recruitment Manager your responsibilities will include:

  
  * Actively approach and engage with existing and potential clients
  * Proactively manage a database of Business Support professionals
  * Reach out to prospect clients & candidates using various online tools / social platforms
  * Coordinate client meetings and networking events
  * Take a consultative approach with your candidates and clients
  * Continuously focus on growing your desk and seeking out new opportunities to gain market share and increase revenue

  The Person

  Ideally you will have experience in recruiting Professional Services roles permanent in nature. You will be self-motivated, driven and hungry to succeed whilst holding candidate care as a top priority.
