  • Our client is looking for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join their Western Sydney office located in the Hills District.

    This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast paced and dynamic industry. As market leaders in providing white collar professional talent to the Greater Western Sydney region, you will be responsible for running a warm desk and managing a volume of clients end to end. Working within a team of passionate, close-knit and experienced professionals, will compliment your focus on the Manufacturing industry recruiting all levels of talent.

    This opportunity you will get to work on a number of new and existing major accounts with an equal focus of identifying and build new business relationships. You will manage recruitment processes through the full lifecycle, search & screen candidates and conduct interviews along with managing and maintain client & candidate relationships for long term success.

    Financially, our client offers a very strong base salary along with an excellent commission structure with team based rewards.

    To be successful you will have:

    • Manufacturing recruitment experience
    • Ability to build strong client/candidate relationships
    • Genuine passion about helping candidates find their most suited role and achieve their career goals
    • Ability to achieve targets, and drive results for both candidate and client alike
    • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads across multiple tasks and roles
    • An excellent work ethic and genuine desire to provide the very best in customer service
