Our client is a successful mining company based in the Perth CBD who are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor with experience recruiting for technical, digital and business professionals.
About your new role:
* Internal project recruitment
* Onboarding new starters
* Assist with the updating and management resource allocation systems
* Support in updating HR Policies, Procedures and forms
* Assist with Project and HR General administrative duties
* Knowledge of Workflow and SAM software products preferred
* Understanding of technical terms, certifications and specialisations
* Demonstrated ability to work independently
* Available to start immediately or upon short notice
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
* Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
