Receptionist/Administrator job availability

    Our client, a locally owned and operated accounting and business advisory firm is seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist/Administration Administrator to join their small team.

    As the first point of contact for the business, you will be responsible for:

    • Answering a high volume of calls and booking appointments.
    • Welcoming clients and determining the nature of their business.
    • Updating and maintaining client files.
    • Processing incoming and outgoing mail.
    • Lodging income tax returns and liaising with the ATO.
    • General administrative duties including filing, scanning, binding and photocopying.

    This is an exciting position which will allow you take to ownership of your role and show initiative in completing a wide variety of tasks in a timely manner.

    To succeed in this role, you will have the following skills and attributes;

    • A passion for delivering high quality customer service.
    • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Fantastic computer skills with a good understanding of the MS Office suite.
    • A proactive, organised and efficient approach to work.
    • Strong initiative with the ability to work autonomously when required.

    Experience in the finance industry would be advantageous, but not essential.
