    PERSOKELLY are currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to join a small administration team based in Wacol, Brisbane.
    Our client is a Global Heavy Vehicle Company, with a strong team culture and a reputation for providing a safe working environment.
    The role of the Receptionist will provide support the effecting coordination and administration of day to day duties and responsibilities to the Administration team.


    About your new role:


    * Answering all incoming calls
    * Data Entry
    * Quoting
    * Invoicing
    * Correspondence via email
    * OH&S
    * Daily banking and reconciliation
    * Assist with onsite events
    * Monitoring front gate and all visitors for sign in
    * Assist Administration Manager with payroll
    * Ordering office Supplies
    * General Administration as required


    About you:

    * Must have a can do attitude
    * Ability to work part of small team
    * Good computer skills
    * Previous experience in Heavy Vehicle Industry would be highly regarded
    * Proven work history
    * Certificate or similar to Certificate 3 in Business
    * Good attention to detail
    * Well presented for front reception
