    About the Company:
    Our client, a leading Real Estate Agent in the Bendigo area is seeking a professional, customer-focused Receptionist/ Administration Assistant to join their close-knit team.

    About the Role:

    • First point of contact over the phone, via email and in person.
    • Responding to rental and sales enquiries and directing to relevant team members.
    • Uploading rental & sales properties to online portals.
    • Managing social media platforms.
    • Brochure preparation and marketing material.
    • Ad hoc administration and support duties as required.

    What you’ll need to succeed:

    • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and social media.
    • Enthusiastic, friendly and customer-focused attitude.
    • The ability to manage multiple tasks and a varied workload.
    • Fantastic phone manner and excellent customer service skills
    • Willingness to learn and help in other areas of the business.
    • Strong written and verbal communicational skills.
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
