  • Our client is a leader in Australia's public transport industry with exciting opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join their Collins Street office on a 6 month contract with an ongoing opportunity for the right person.

    * Management of all incoming calls
    * Maintain a welcoming reception area
    * Meeting and greeting incoming clients
    * Provide high level of customer service
    * Meet and greet customers and suppliers
    * Provide full administrative support as required
    * Organise and co-ordinate internal and external meetings
    * Filing, records management and other ad hoc duties as requested.

    About you:
    * Experience in a similar role
    * Professional, polite & friendly manner
    * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    * Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
