Reception/Administration job availability

  • This organisation, a project services company based in Heatherton is currently seeking a part time administration assistant to provide reception relief and assist the Facilities Manager with adhoc duties.

    This is an all-rounder role and will suit someone happy to engage in 'ad hoc' duties, administration and reception relief. Duties will include relieving reception on breaks daily, maintenance of kitchen supplies and assisting with office facilities. Occasionally you may be required to cover full-time on reception during periods of annual leave.

    To secure this role, you will have a positive, can do attitude with a willingness to help out in other areas of the business as required. You will have proven administration/reception skills in a professional corporate environment. You will be well presented, possess strong communication skills and be a team player with a flexible attitude. This role would suit someone seeking a work/life balance. This role is with a view to permanency.

    Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm.
