    About the Company:

    We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our agency to assist our Directors with all aspects of listing and selling Real Estate. You should be motivated and enthusiastic with great communication skills, an eye for detail and an ability to meet deadlines.

    About the Role:

    Your position as Sales Associate will include, but is not limited to the following:

    • Working alongside one of our Senior Sales Consultants / Directors
    • Completing all necessary documents and files associated with the listing and selling processes
    • Database management, setting up and maintaining tasks and lead generation
    • Producing and distributing pre-list information, various mailouts and letterbox drops
    • Booking and preparing all marketing materials and submitting to sales campaign coordinator
    • Coordinating trades people where required, arranging quotes, access to the property etc.
    • Attending any Saturday, mid-week or private inspections and auctions, as required
    • Administrating buyer enquiries, sending out contracts and creating buyer profiles
    • Booking and attending photo sessions, building inspections and bank valuation appointments
    • Attaching sold stickers to sign boards

    About you:

    To be successful for this role you must possess the following:

    • A great attitude and professional presentation
    • Enthusiasm for the job and customer service
    • The ability to take initiative and be highly organised
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • A Victoria Agent's Representative Certificate
    • A current driver’s licence and your own vehicle
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
