    Quality, Risk & Compliance Specialist (Registered Nurse) Aged Care: Contract

    Quality, Risk & Compliance Specialist (Registered Nurse) required to represent this progressive provider of residential aged care services. Reporting to the Head of Quality & Compliance, this role will play an integral role within this exceptional senior aged care management team that put service delivery at the forefront of their business operations. You will be required to utilise your expertise in quality & risk to ensure operational & clinical compliance across a portfolio of newly acquired sites in Sydney & NSW. There is a rewarding hourly rate available (flexible dependent on experience) available for the desired applicant coupled with added benefits. This opportunity is currently being offered on an ongoing contract basis (Minimum 4-6 weeks) with potential for extension.

    You are responsible for ensuring compliance with the administration, systems, training and leading staff in their use and practical application, and working closely with the management team to identify gaps. Experience implementing documentation systems and leading staff through change management processes is essential.

    The Requirements:
    • Valid AHPRA registration - Div 1 Registered Nurse (Essential)
    • At least 3 years senior aged care management experience
    • Demonstrated Quality, Compliance & Clinical Governance experience
    • Expert knowledge of the Aged Care accreditation process
    • Excellent understanding of quality assurance & auditing processes
    • Continuous improvement, gap & risk analysis experience
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication & leadership skills
    • A passion for Aged Care
    • Valid driver's license
    • Valid Police Clearance.
