Quality Administration Officer job availability

  • This client, a local council based in the Inner Suburbs requires a suitably qualified administrator to assist with the development of the safety management system for a local council.

    Reporting to the Senior OHS Advisor, the duties will be to support the OHS department involved in system development. This will include; supporting subject matter experts with customising templates, facilitating distribution and collation of initial drafts, cataloguing and posting to the intranet, producing training manuals, ensuring compliance with the document control process and organising training seminars.

    The successful candidate will have excellent Microsoft Office skills and be experienced with the administration of a documented quality management system as well as the development of process flow charts related to management systems and procedures. Experience with the development and implementation of materials related to a document management system would be desirable. Experience in a high level administration role is essential.

    You will have the ability to communicate effectively and develop rapport and will have proven organisational skills and a demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
