Property Manager – Full time job availability

    Our client, a leading Real Estate Agent in the Bendigo area is seeking an experienced and professional Property Manager to join their successful and close-knit team. This role is an outstanding opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager wanting to take the next step in their career or an experienced Property Manger wanting to further their real-estate experience.

    The successful person will be responsible for:

    • Liaising with vendors and tenants on a regular basis.
    • Carrying out final inspections, organising bond refunds and tribunal applications.
    • Organising and performing inspections, preparing condition reports.
    • Liaising with and supervising Assistant Property Manager.
    • Organising and/or overseeing all relevant administrative tasks and paperwork.

    The successful applicant will have experience in Property Management and will hold a current Victorian drivers’ licence, an Agent’s Representative Licence and a satisfactory Police Check.

    To succeed in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong time management.
    • The ability to confidently liaise with a range of stakeholders.
    • Strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
