Our client is a relative newcomer to the property management industry, however, within the team is decades of property and real estate experience. They utilise cutting edge technology, ensuring an efficient flow boosting productivities and overall outcomes compared to traditional 'retail' providers. Their focus is, however, laser-focused on the people at every intersection with the business.
Due to substantial growth, our client requires a skilled, experienced Property Manager to join the existing dynamic team.
Your role will entail
- tenant communication
- arrears management
- lease renewals
- entry/exit, and routine inspections
- QCAT attendance (a very rare occurrence, but as you know it can happen)
- issuing work orders to appropriate trades
- there is no trust accounting or owner liaising.
We are not looking for a typical, retail property manager, waiting to be told what to do and when to do it. Instead, we are seeking a property management superstar who is constantly looking at how to innovate and ensure my client sustains its growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a property manager and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
PropertyMe experience would be ideal. You must have a clear driving history, a reliable vehicle, and current real estate certificate. You must have an eye for detail and professional communication skills. Time management is essential as well as a good attitude, hardworking nature and a sense of humor.
Agency hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm. Immediate start required.
