PROJECT SCHEDULER job availability

  • $60K - $62K + SUPER

    Our client is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join their busy team.

    You Will Have / Be:
    -Experience with scheduling and project management in construction/civil works (Highly valued)
    -Experience working with playgrounds
    -Have comfortable computer skills
    -Be happy to learn and implement new procedures
    -Metal Trade Qualification: Fitter & turner, Maintenance fitter or Boiler maker (Highly Valued)
    -Project experience (Example. Relocation of factory's and plant/equipment)

    You Will Be Responsible For:
    -Customer Service Post Sale
    -Interpreting plans and drawings for site valuation and risk management
    -Maintaining a professional relationship with all suppliers, installers, agents and customers
    -Coordinating unit workloads
    -Assist with estimating\quoting
    -Planning, reviewing project schedules as per contract documents and BOQ
    -Technical report writing (Proposals/Bids)
    -Resource plant hire and other services or product to produce project costings
    -OH&S compliance for installation
    -Maintaining records in ERP System (Netsuite)
    -Manage subcontractors work schedule
    -Coorindation of both supply and installation
    -Maintain accurate supplier costings
    -To have projects scheduled and installed in line with customer requirments and lead times
    -Working with local councils and regulatory bodies
