  The Role:

  They have a current requirement for an experienced Project Manager to work on their Customer experience transformation project. The role is accountable for the management of medium to large, complex projects through the project lifecycle.

  Also to take:

  • Full responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of complex projects, with significant business, political, or high-profile impact, and high-risk dependencies
  • Ensure that realistic project, quality, change control and risk management processes are maintained
  • Monitor and control capital costs against the project budget and manage expectations of all project stakeholders
  • Ensure a Change Management plan is prepared, implemented and monitored
  • Ensure project is handed off seamlessly to the operational teams at completion with appropriate roles & responsibilities, policies, standards and processes

  The Candidate:

  As the successful candidate you will have experience in a Project management or similar role, also be able to:

  • Build and develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, service providers and suppliers.
  • Experience in a project environment including familiarisation with project management methodologies that are considered best practice e.g. PRINCE2, AGILE, PMI and PMBOK etc.
  • Proven ability in leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance
  • Competency in Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office products, including Visio and Project
  • Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, Financial tracking.
