  Our client is an industry leading regional business who has been operating since 1982 and specialises in commercial, residential and industrial air conditioning, heating and ventilation. They are seeking a Project Manager to join their hard working and successful team.

  The Role:

  This is a diverse and multi discipline role managing both teams and multiple projects worth up to $2 million across the central Victorian region. As this role is a key position the success of this organisation it demands a high quality people, project and stakeholder manager.

  Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • HVAC project management, project timelines/ deadlines and cost control.
  • Management and development of staff.
  • Materials management and ordering.
  • Contract management.
  • Effectively dealing with engineering and design issues.
  • Liaising with clients.

  To be considered for this positon you will posses the following attributes:

  • Experience in the commercial construction industry.
  • Great computer skills with the ability to develop, update or alter plans in auto CAD or willing to complete TAFE night course.
  • Outstanding initiative with ability to monitor and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially astute and the proven ability to work within set budgets and timeframes.

  Ideally you will have a trade qualification in Mechanical Plumbing or equivalent with proven HVAC construction project experience up to $2 Million.
