Currently seeking a Project Assurance & Systems Engineering Manager to work for a leader in the Rail and Transport Industry in Wyndham Vale for 6 months initially. You will be responsible for the provision and management of the Systems/Assurance framework and leadership to achieve successful project outcomes.
*Oversee assurance throughout all stages of the end to end project lifecycle and ensure compliance and adherence Safety Management System and obligations under the Rail Safety accreditation throughout the project lifecycle.
*Development, maintenance and ownership of the Systems Engineering/Assurance methodology, plans and reports based on best practice and integration to state wide assurance frameworks.
*Work with various internal and external stakeholders to develop action plans to address internal audit findings.
*Coordination and engagement with stakeholders to ensure the project delivery outcomes meet all requirements for operational and maintenance requirements.
*Ensure the monitoring and reporting on the status of all assurance, systems engineering action plans.
*Assist with the development of Interface Control Agreements.
*Assist with the development of Network Readiness Reports.
*Review and comment on Readiness or Assurance Documentation as required.
Skills & Experience
*Tertiary qualifications in engineering (preferably in Systems Engineering or Assurance)
*Qualifications in Quality or Assurance Management (or related discipline desirable)
*Minimum 5+ years in senior leadership roles with relevant experience in project management and/or Quality and Assurance Management
