    Our Client: A Global Leader in the Mining Resources industry are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Project Administrator to join their dynamic team on a 12 month basis.

    Roster and Hours

    The role would be on a 5/2/4/3 FIFO roster into Hedland with opportunities for flexible work from Perth or home. Initially for a 12-month duration with option for extension and seeking to commence in the new year.

    The Role

    Reporting to the Lead Project Engineer, the Project Administrator Role will assist the Rail Engineering Projects team in delivering the Rail Capital Portfolio.

    Responsibilities will include:

    * Providing support to the Project Engineers and Lead Project Engineer to deliver the capital portfolio
    * Assist Project Engineers with administrative tasks
    * Assist and support financial activities using 1SAP - raising and modifying purchase requisitions, developing cost reports
    * Assist management of document control using Smart Plant for Operations (SPO)
    * Assist management of project schedules using Primavera P6
    * Set up and maintaining project filing systems
    * Manage project flights and accommodation bookings using their internal travel system
    * Support project management activities to the defined scope, budget, schedule, standards, and specifications in accordance with relevant processes and the organization's Small Project Management Framework.
    * An overriding commitment to health, safety, environment responsibility and sustainable development.
    * Cultivating positive relationships through effective engagement, communication and consultation.
    * Undertaking quality field leadership activities to review current activities, practices and processes, and identifying any gaps for improvement.

    Experience Required

    * A Tertiary qualification desirable but not mandatory for this role
    * Demonstrated experience in a similar role
    * The ability to work autonomously with distinctive proficiency
    * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage a variety of stakeholders effectively
    * Strong written and verbal communication skills
    * Proficiency in 1SAP, Microsoft programs (word, excel and powerpoint), Primavera P6, SPO and Sharepoint
    * Exceptional organization skills and a high attention to detail
    * Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
