  Programmed Skilled Workforce are inviting suitable applicants to apply for casual positions within the Concentrator as a Process Technician at Cadia. The successful applicants will be involved with helping the Ore Treatment teams with their daily tasks in keeping a safe and efficient Processing Plant. These duties will include:

  • hosing up spillages and general mess created from processing ore
  • continuous monitoring of fixed plant equipment such as mills, crushers & conveyors etc
  • reporting any safety and/or production concerns

  Experience in mining/ore treatment/fixed plant is desirable but not essential.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Following instructions and directions from shift Supervisors
  • Assist the Ore Treatment teams in daily tasks
  • The ability to work safely and independently when properly trained

  Potential Full Time Career:

  This position is a great way to break into the mining industry. The successful applicants will be periodically reviewed as potential on shift Ore Treatment Technicians with further potential for full time employment with an industry leading company.

  Selected applicants for these positions must pass a Drug and Alcohol test, Police check and complete Programmed inductions.
