    This newly created role provides an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager to join a thriving multi-disciplinary team. With 6 local practitioners, technical support and administration/retail staff, this role is critical to the ongoing business success.

    The role of Practice Manager is a hands-on and highly visible role. It forms a key link between staff and practitioners and has the responsibility to ensure the smooth daily operation of the practice and quality client care.

    The successful person will possess the following skills and attributes:

    • Well developed interpersonal skills.
    • Superior time management, planning and organisational skills.
    • A high level of business acumen.
    • Identify areas for operational improvements and implement necessary changes.
    • Lead, mentor and develop a highly committed team.
    • A sound working knowledge of the Allied Health industry.

    To be successful in this role you will possess previous staff management and change management experience along with proven capability in developing systems, procedures and templates. Experience within the Health industry is highly desirable.
