    The Role:
    Under the guidance of the People Services Lead the People Services Advisor administers a wide range of generalist activities in relation to the life cycle of employment (on-boarding, maintenance and termination).
    Duties include the preparation and processing of employment contracts, payroll and benefits, entitlements, immigration and relocation documentation. People Services Advisors are also required to provide accurate customer service and advice to all areas for enquiries that relate to the company's industrial instruments, policies, guidelines and procedures.
    People Services Advisors will be involved in the implementation of new technologies that will transform people service activities over time.

    Role duties:
    * Provide high quality, timely and accurate employment advice and support to all staff and associated stakeholders.
    * Create and maintain staff records on the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for all employment types (continuing, fixed term, casual and associates), ensuring accuracy and integrity of data by running and recording pay processing and audit reports and investigating and resolving pay and benefit queries relating to staff employment matters.
    * Prepare contracts of employment ensuring contracts conform to policy and legislative requirements
    * Prepare sponsored employer nomination application forms and correspondence for appointees requiring sponsored visas, ensuring compliance with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection regulations.
    * Reconcile and administer the process for employee leave entitlements, with consideration of the arrangements allowable under the relevant industrial instruments.
    * Co-ordinate all relevant aspects of employee cessations including resignation, pre-retirement, retirement and redundancy.
    * Facilitate and monitor accurate payment of superannuation contributions.
    * May assist with the delivery of fortnightly payroll and superannuation disbursement, undertaking activities relating to taxation, reconciliation, preparation of reports and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

    Experience Required
    * HRIS experience is preferable but not essential
    * Must have exposure to payroll
    * Must have experience with HR/Onboarding support
