    Programmed Skilled Workforce is a national provider of managed labour, labour hire and staffing solutions. We deliver innovative, cost effective and complete employment services for clients across multiple industry sectors, working with many of Australia's most successful and prominent organisations. We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officers to work within our Head Office, Burswood based Payroll Team. The Payroll team process approximately 17,000 timesheets each week, and therefore requires an exceptional candidate for this fast paced role.


    Key Responsibilities:


    * Weekly payroll - data entry of timesheets
    * Manual interpretation of timesheets
    * An understanding of award interpretation
    * Setting up new employees
    * Answering payroll queries
    * Calculation and payment of terminations and back pays
    * Leave Reconciliations


    The successful candidate will possess:


    * Attention to detail
    * Self-motivation and hardworking
    * Excellent organisation and time-management skills
    * Excellent communication skills
    * Ability to work to tight deadlines
    * Good MS Excel skills
    * Respect for confidential information
    * Experience working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
