    We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager - Customer Service to be based in the Murarrie area for a Global Medical Company that supplies medical equipment to customers and clients, business to business.
    Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be an integral part of the management team, customer service team.

    The vacant Supervisor role is for the customer service function and activities in achieving exceptional customer service and ensure Key Performance Indicators and financial objectives are met. You will be working with customers, warehousing & 3PL locations, including marketing and sales and operation team members to ensure the product is delivered to our clients in timely manner working with stringent KPI's

    About your new role:
    * Managing customer service team of up to 5 staff
    * Coordinating of staff
    * Liaising with clients and updating with order progress
    * Use of SAP (Warehouse Management System)
    * Resource management,
    * Scheduling
    * Rostering
    * Allocation of work

    About you:
    * Strong work history in people management
    * Proven experience in leader teams
    * Proven ability business to business customer service
    * Logistic and warehousing knowledge advantageous
    * Exposure to Six Sigma and medical advantageous
    * Proven experience in leading a team
    * Proved SAP experience
    * Advanced computer skills with the ability to mentor team members
