Office Manager job availability


    We are looking for experienced Office Manager with outstanding organisational skills who are outgoing, dependable, detail-oriented and not afraid to think outside the box. You will have the opportunity to broaden your experience while enjoying the benefits of working on an interesting range of tasks across the business.

    Some of your main responsibilities will include:

    • Oversee and review current business operations and suggest initiatives for process improvement
    • Engage with a variety of internal & external stakeholders to deliver exemplary service
    • Support three business operation teams with marketing collateral, document management and events coordination
    • Take end-to-end ownership of accounts function and service delivery
    • Ad hoc administrative / reception duties

    The successful applicant will have the following skill set:

    • Demonstrated track record or previous experience in a similar position
    • Strong understanding and exposure of end to end accounts function that includes; AP, AR, raising PO's and resolving invoice queries
    • Strong experience using Microsoft Suite and other CRM systems
    • Strong organisational skills with ability to develop strong relationships and support with the team
