    The Role
    ·       The role is based in Blackburn and is a full-time role requiring weekend work.
    ·       The Office Administrator role provides support to a high performing and busy sales team
    ·       The role will provide excellent training and development opportunities
     
    Your Duties
    ·       You will answer all incoming calls and direct queries and written communication to the appropriate staff
    ·       You will be required to meet and greet customers and suppliers and maintain contact with customers regarding order deliveries
    ·       You will take customer payments, prepare banking and review all customer orders for accuracy
    ·       You will manage office resources to meet current requirements including stationery and any other necessary items
    ·       You will provide data entry support to sales consultants as requires
    ·       You will document and maintain policies and procedures as requested
     
    Your Expertise
    ·       Previous professional administrator experience is essential
    ·       You will be a reliable and punctual person with a cooperative, friendly and supportive nature
    ·       You will be proficient in telephone system operation and call re-direction
    ·       You will have a high level of data input accuracy and understanding of propriety software
    ·       You will have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft EXCEL and WORD
    ·       You will be a team contributor and a mature and respectful communicator
