    The Role:
    • A permanent, full time role working Monday to Friday is on offer.
    • Working closely with staff and management team on business and project administration.
    • Relationship based, interacting with many internal and external stakeholders.
    Your Duties:

    In this role your duties will be inclusive, but not limited to:
    • Contract management including claims and variations while communicating with key company stakeholders
    • Fleet management including maintenance and vehicle status tracking.
    • Basic HR administration including employee record maintenance and filling.
    • Timely and accurate timesheet / payroll processing on a regular basis.
    • Invoicing and credit control for all external clients.
    • Organisation and assistance relating to tender and presentation documents.
    • Dairy and email management for select members of the management team.
    • Ensuring all policy and procedure is up to date and audited as required.
    • Addition ad hoc office duties as required.
    Your Experience:
    • A minimum 5+ years of experience in an administrative capacity.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick accurate decisions.
    • Eagerness to learn and grow into an advanced contributor to business success.
    • Exposure to the civil construction or trade-based organisation (highly desirable).
