    This is a rare opportunity to be part of a growing business that has a permanent Sales role avalable. This position offers the opportunity to take on a long-term role within a business that is invested in career development and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

    Within the role you will be:

    • using your sales skills to achieve realistic targets and develop & promote the marketing campaigns of the business;
    • handling client queries, being their go to person through-out the process of the sale;
    • able to understand and assess client needs and provide suitable solutions;
    • able to effectively communicate the benefits of our clients product;
    • managing the sales process from initial design through to contract signing;
    • able to close deals consistently;
    • a people person, mature and are extremely well presented;
    • someone who takes ownership and is outcome orientated and strives for results;
    • a forward thinker and a planner.
    To be successful candidate will have: 
    • a proven work history within the residential new home sales environment that demonstrates your ability to meet sales targets and provide customers with a first-class experience - exceeding their expectations;
    • an understanding of building specifications;
    • experience using PDF X-change Editor to produce redline mark ups for any variations;
    • a high level of computer literacy;
    • experience in using Microsoft Office, Pipedrive, Facebook & Instagram
    You will have:
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with all types of people;
    • high levels of initiative and attention to detail;
    • excellent time management & organisational skills;
    • flexibility, adaptability and the ability to thrive under pressure;
    • a desire to learn and improve.
    The position is best suited to a flexible individual who is available weekends, enjoys working as part of a team and has the ability to effectively self-manage. Currently the shifts required are: Monday, Thursday, Friday (9am to 5pm) PLUS Saturdays & Sundays (9.30 to 4.30pm approx)

    Remuneration - In return, you will be offered a base salary plus superannuation and a generous uncapped commission structure in line with your performance; mobile phone and computer.
