Machine Operator

• Programmed Skilled Workforce is a leading provider of managed workforce and training services.

  Our National Client based in Scoresby are a leading manufacturer of insulation products. They operate from over 20 sites across Australia and New Zealand. They are seeking experienced Machine operators for their Foil and Martini departments.
  
  Offering work opportunities on Day Shift 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday. This role will include training and mentoring for individuals wanting to advance into a new career.

  Responsibilities & Duties

  • Operating insulation machinery correctly and efficiently
  • Manual handling of raw materials
  • Working in fast paced production lines
  • Performing routine quality checks
  • Work with in a group environment to meet customer deadlines and obtain KPI's
  • Ensure on site equipment is maintained according to company WHS polices

  Skills/ Experience

  • Demonstrated machine operating experience
  • Physically fit to perform repetitive manual tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Drivers License is essential
