Logistics Coordinator job availability

  • This client, a market leading Arts supplier is looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator with proven customer service experience to join their team based in Mulgrave.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, monitoring and processing daily requests/orders and reviewing backorders to ensure timely supply to customers. There will be a requirement to oversee stock levels in consignment warehouses and to generate purchase orders as required.

    A key component of the role is to provide telephone and email support to customers for orders, stock availability and resolution queries. Coordination of export orders including all relevant documentation is also required.

    To secure this role you will have proven experience in Logistics and Customer Service and be comfortable troubleshooting and responding to inbound customer calls and building both internal and external relationships. You will have strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills as well as strong attention to detail. Excellent Microsoft Office skills are also required. A formal qualification in Inventory / Logistics would be advantageous but not essential
