  About the role:

  Programmed are currently recruiting for a Construction Leading Hand to work with one of our clients in Coffs Harbour.

  Essential Skills / Experience for this position;

  • Certificate III in Civil Constriction or equivalent
  • Proven Civil industry experience
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership, supervision and management of staff.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated communication skills - verbal, written and presentation.
  • Demonstrated keyboarding and computer skills.
  • LR Driver's License
  • White Card
  • Traffic control tickets (Red and Blue)
  • Current references
  • Available to start immediately
  • Willingness to undergo a Pre-employment medical
