  As part of the kitchen team, you will be contributing to the meal preparation and service. You will also be a well-presented individual who is passionate about providing a quality service and are available to work shifts throughout the week and weekend.

  About the Position

  You will be part of gastronomic team that will showcase their capabilities and provide guests with an amazing culinary experience. In your role as a Kitchen Hand will be to assist the chef with the meal preparation, cleaning of the kitchen during and after service, overall general kitchen hand duties.

  Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Proven solid experience in a busy kitchen
  • Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and kitchen area
  • Have an understanding and will adhere to Food Safety Requirements
  • Food Hygiene training would be an Advantage
  • Enthusiastic, positive and engaging personality
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent personal presentation

  Key Competencies

  • Minimum 6 months experience in similar role
  • Be physically fit
  • High standard of cleanliness and be well groomed
