  Due to continued growth within our team, we are currently seeking an experienced IT Consultant. You will form part of our STEM team, (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) to manage our existing business whilst growing and developing new business along the way.
  
  
  You will be a proactive Recruitment Consultant always looking for the next opportunity to grow your market share. Your demonstrated skills in sales and networking will support your success and provide you with unlimited earning potential.
  
  On a day to day basis you will:

  • Actively approach and engage with existing and potential clients
  • Consult with your candidates and clients throughout the duration of the recruitment process
  • Continuously focus on growing your desk and seeking out new opportunities to gain market share within your industry to increase revenue
  • Develop sound account management practices to ensure majority share in your key clients
