IT Customer Service Specialist job availability

  • An opportunity has arisen for a new role as an IT Customer Service Specialist. Your role will be to provide essential customer service to ensure customer satisfaction whilst providing configuration and troubleshooting solutions. It is a hands on role working in a small team.

    The position is a temp contract for 3 months, working 3 days a week, based in North Ryde. The role is for an immediate start.

    Your main duties will include:

    • Dealing with customers and managing IT enquiries

    • Problem solving to improve orders

    • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders

    • Provide excellent customer service

    • End to end management of issues

    • Go "Above and beyond" for the customer by taking ownership of their needs

    To be successful in this position you will have:

    • Great communication skills and customer service
    • The ability to work well as part of a team and independently
    • Previous experience working in Help Desk L1/Service Desk support
