  • ABOUT THE COMPANY AND ROLE

    This role sits within a newly created Federal Government Agency based in Parramatta. As a part of this Agency you will be responsible to work in a team alongside other case officers to assist in completing varied review requests from participants in the Agency.

    DUTIES

    • Undertaking facilitated training
    • Receive and interoperate requests
    • Apply legislation, operational guidelines and principles of administrative law
    • Communication with participants and their representatives
    • Work on varied requests with differing priorities
    • Undertake internal reviews
    • Obtain expert assistance and policy directions from internal stakeholders

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Strong understanding of the Health and Disability Sector
    • Adaptability to varied deadlines
    • Ability to engage in negotiations with external providers
    • Manage confidential and sensitive information
    • Customer centric focus
