As an Information Technology Support Officer you will:
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Provide expert remote and onsite technical advice to staff, students and visitors seeking assistance with IT and AV technology matters

Receive and manage service requests, triage and resolve calls that relate to IT hardware, software and associated services provide remote monitoring of networks, systems and services
Measure, monitor and report on IT service performance achievements against service standards.
Manage and monitor Office 365 Email services.
Qualification
Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Technology
Strong Knowledge of of Microsoft exchange and its interaction with Active Directory
Experience in a client focused service.
