Information Technology Officer job availability

  • As an Information Technology Support Officer you will:

    • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
    • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
    • Provide expert remote and onsite technical advice to staff, students and visitors seeking assistance with IT and AV technology matters
    • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
    • Receive and manage service requests, triage and resolve calls that relate to IT hardware, software and associated services provide remote monitoring of networks, systems and services
    • Measure, monitor and report on IT service performance achievements against service standards.
    • Manage and monitor Office 365 Email services.

    Qualification

    • Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Technology
    • Strong Knowledge of of Microsoft exchange and its interaction with Active Directory
    • Experience in a client focused service.
