    The role

    Due to the current demand in the market for inbound call centre representatives we are seeking a high level of Customer Service Representatives for well-established organisations across various sectors including telecommunications, insurance, healthcare, and automotive.

    What's the role?

    As the first point of contact, YOU, the Inbound Customer Service Representative will be:

    * Able to engage customers, build rapport and ensure all customers are getting the best value and ensuring quality customer service on all calls.
    * Retain existing customers by providing an exemplary service experience
    * Provide level 1 support for faults, manage service difficulties and offer technical support over the phone
    * Offer solutions using a variety of this organisations market leading products which also includes Cloud and Web solutions to maximize efficiency working from home during these times.


    Ideal Candidate Profile

    We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives with the following skills and attributes:

    * MUST have a minimum 12 months experience in a Customer Service role handling high volume inbound calls.
    * Experience working for the likes of Superannuation / Insurance and Telecommunication companies will be considered highly advantageous
    * Ability to multi-task, be outcome driven and proactive
    * Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers
    * Must be willing to get a valid police clearance
    * Short term notice period or available immediately to start next week.
