  • Data Entry Officer

    We are looking for experienced Data Entry Officer/Imports Administrator with exceptional processing and attention to detail skills to work for an iconic Freight Forwarding organisation based in Botany. You will have the opportunity to work within a committed team responsible for assisting with the day to day administration/data entry requirements for the department. This is an ongoing contract with working hours to be between 9am - 5:00pm. Immediate start!

    Specific Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

    • Data entry of work orders into CRM system
    • Delivering a range of administrative support services, updating and managing records
    • Answering customer phone and email enquiries
    • Managing wide range of documents, scanning filing etc…
    • Typing high volumes of correspondence
    • Providing ad-hoc support to the broader team when require

    The successful applicant will demonstrate the following attributes:

    • Previous experience working in a data related role
    • Accurate data entry skills with high attention to detail
    • Competence in computer skills, experience in MS Word and Excel
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • High level of accuracy and precision
    • Alpha numeric data entry speed of at least 9000 ksph
