    We are currently seeking an ICT Technical Delivery Lead to join our team based in Burswood. As part of the Technical team, you will be working in a fun and dynamic workplace while delivering Programmed systems and infrastructure in a secure, planned and controlled manner. You will lead a team to ensure continuity of IT services provided to all customers both internal to Programmed and external to the organisation.

    Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence others, a broad set of technical skills and extensive knowledge of IT service management / ITIL.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    * Support and troubleshoot ICT Infrastructure including Server Hardware, Windows Server Operating Systems and related technologies (AD, DNS, GPO etc.), Storage infrastructure, Network devices (switches, Routers, firewalls etc.) and data protection technologies.
    * Provide technical guidance and leadership within the technical delivery team and provide escalation support of within the wider ICT group.
    * Lead the technical support stream throughout assigned activities.
    * Operational management of Data Centre services
    * Responsible for the oversight of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management processes within the technical delivery team, including the interactions of the process with other teams
    * Ensure all technical support activities are appropriately tracked through ITSM toolset, providing clear identification of work performed to resolve issues or deliver requirements.
    * Support customers and stakeholders in developing technical delivery requirements.
    * Development of delivery methodologies for service lines, including supporting processes, procedures, work instructions, and templates.
    * Demonstrate commitment to a high level of customer service delivery
    * Adhere to the Risk Management Policy, Framework and Processes
    * Contribute to the continuous improvement of all essential ICT artefacts policies, processes, procedures, standards, guidelines and templates
    * Contribute to ICT strategic planning
    * Manage vendor and partner managed service relationships, ensuring all deliverables are met in line with contracted SLAs
    * Participate in ongoing learning and professional development individually and for the team to remain up to date in knowledge of best technological practices.

    Essential Skills:
    * Experience leading a technical team supporting infrastructure, network and systems.
    * Strong understanding of IT service management / ITIL.
    * Strong understanding of the need for compliance with process and procedure in addition to the concept of continuous improvement.
    * Effective communication skills (verbal, written, documentation), and well developed customer service skills
    * Understanding and experience in delivering services within IT Service Management frameworks (e.g. ITIL).
    * Operational experience and working knowledge of the following (but not limited to) technologies :
    o Microsoft Skype for Business (formerly Lync), Exchange, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Hyper-V
    o Citrix Netscaler
    o Azure and Office 365 Services such as Exchange Online
    o Microsoft Server Technologies - AD, DNS, DHCP, NTFS permissions etc
    o Understanding of Microsoft patch management mechanisms (ConfigMgr)
    o Backup technologies and associated applications (Commvault)
    o Disaster recovery management
    o SAN technologies
    * Understanding of LAN, WAN, and VLAN networking technologies to support infrastructure solutions and designs, including associated components and protocol requirements.
    * Methodical diagnostic and trouble shooting skills with an ability to follow logical diagnostic models.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    * ITIL v3 Foundation
    * 2+ years suitable experience in a similar role
    * MCSE: Server, Communication, Productivity
