ICT Administration Officer job availability

  • Programmed are currently looking for an experienced ICT Administration Officer. Reporting to the ICT Service Desk Manager and ICT Administration Team Leader you will assist in the smooth running of the ICT department by completing procurement activities and providing administration support to the ICT team. This is a busy role, requiring the ability to multitask and meet timeframes. Along with a good understanding of basic accounting, you will need accurate word processing and data entry skills and be able to work well under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service focus are required for fulfilment of staff ICT procurement items and mobile services.

    Key Responsibilities:


    * General office support and administration
    * Perform quoting and purchasing tasks
    * Track and record assets including location and ownership and maintain a stock management system
    * Ensure standards are maintained and procedures followed
    * Deliver requested reporting to the ICT Management

    To be successful, you will have:


    * Experience in administration, well-developed computer, and bsic accountancy skills
    * Great customer service, very organised and meticulous detail
    * Experience with Microsoft Excel
    * Ability to identify priorities, work under pressure and meet timeframes
    * Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
    * Strong team focus
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    * Experience with finance software (Navision/Dynamics 365) favourable
    * ICT knowledge
