ICS Manager job availability

  • Our client is one of the largest construction materials companies Australia. They are looking for an ICS Manager to join their team. This role will see you lead the planning, management and monitoring of internal controls implementation and operations to ensure compliance with Group ICS requirements.

    Your duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
    * Build a strong controls culture by driving change to embed internal controls
    throughout the business
    * Implementation and maintenance of the Internal Control Framework
    * Responsible for the Global SAP GRC, which is standardised by the Global Internal Control community
    * Manage and monitor process to ensure that the internal controls deliverables are produced in high quality and within the agreed timelines
    * Provide timely reports on ICS status, issues and support required
    * Enable the continuous improvement of ICS and controls processes
    * Liaise with relevant stakeholders

    To be considered, you will evidence:
    * Bachelor degree
    * Chartered Accounting qualification
    * Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) would be advantageous
    * A minimum of 3 years working experience
    * Internal audit experience in a multinational company or external audit experience
    * Accounting, finance or operational experience
    * Knowledge of sound business and accounting/control practices and computer
