  ABOUT THE ROLE
  This role will see you working in a dynamic and fast paced environment. You will be the stand alone Safety Coordinator onsite reporting to the General Manager for Safety. In this role you will be instrumental in ensuring safety is at the forefront of everything their workers do and establish a positive Safety culture.

  DUTIES

  • Collaborate with management around key projects
  • Develop and standardise process and procedures
  • Assist management with continual improvement projects
  • Lead incident investigations
  • Analyse and report on the WHS performance
  • Develop site KPIs
  • Ensure compliance to the WHS legislation
  • Coordinate the RTW process

  SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous RTW experience is a must
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Ability to influence staff and create a positive safety culture
  • Knowledge of ICAM or equivalent systems
  • Proven experience in development and implementation of safety procedures
