They are looking for an Experienced HR generalist to work approx. 15 hours per week to assist with Recruitment, HR Administration and Performance Management.
You will be based in their Cairns office, supporting operations in Cairns and other QLD locations. This is a permanent part-time position supporting management with the organisation’s Human Resources administration. The hours (approx. 15 per week) are flexible and could, for example fit in with school hours if required. With offices located just outside the CBD, you will have access to plenty of free parking.
What will a typical day look like?
Reporting to the General Manager, you will use your broad experience to manage the HR Administration, Recruitment, Compliance Records and assist management with performance reviews and any issues that may arise.
