Helpdesk Level 2 job availability

    A client is looking for a Level 2 Helpdesk Technician in Brisbane or Wagga Wagga, NSW.

    The ideal candidate will be well versed in providing high level helpdesk support and will perform well in a small team. Day to day duties in this position will see the successful person troubleshooting general IT issues, maintaining and monitoring systems, following resolution procedures, and demonstrate outstanding stakeholder liaison.

    To be considered for this position, we are looking for:

    • Exceptional customer service with a great telephone manner
    • Programming experience, with bonus points for Python
    • Systems administration background using PowerShell
    • Good knowledge of Windows server and confidence in networking abilities
