    Seeking a diverse operational functional support team member to contribute towards safe transport operations for a global company in North Ryde.

    Working in a team of three, the ideal candidate will have experience in logisitics or fleet management.

    Your duties will include;

    • Liaising with fleet companies to co-ordinate services and repairs,
    • Setting up new drivers, checking compliance for new employee's and/or contractors
    • Reporting - review Excel reports and analyse
    • Liaise internally with key stakeholders to obtain vechile details, drivers details
    • Handle any invoice queries, raise invoices and review billing

    Your skills and experience

    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Good knowledge of transport vehicles
    • Strong database and Excel skills
    • Strong organisational, multitasking and time management skills
