  About the Company:
  Established in 2013, our client’s business has grown substantially and as a result, they are seeking a professional, experienced and flexible Finance Officer to join their small team environment.

  Reporting to the Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day finances in addition to supporting the leadership team in working towards the strategic directions of the business.

  About the Role:

  • Processing accounts payable and receivables.
  • Completing weekly end-to-end payroll.
  • Prepping finance reports including P&Ls, cashflow statements and forecasting.
  • BAS preparation.
  • Daily use of MYOB, Microsoft Office suite and internal software.
  • Liaising with a variety of clients and building and maintaining positive business relationships.
  • General administration duties as required.

  About you:

  • Strong attention to detail and data entry experience.
  • Experienced in MYOB and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated experience in payroll and Modern Award interpretation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
  • Fantastic problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A proactive, calm and logical attitude towards work.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work with a willingness to help in other areas of the business if required.
